with this funding, Optiwise.ai has launched Olivia, an interactive AI assistant for the Walmart Marketplace. Powered by GenAI, Olivia identifies opportunities for listings and ads, answers performance-related inquiries, and provides content recommendations—including keywords, titles, descriptions, and pricing—while considering holidays and retail events, including the upcoming holiday season.

Olivia learns from a brand’s existing A+ content and adapts it to align with Walmart’s standards ensuring a consistent brand narrative across marketplaces.
In line with Optiwise.ai’s comprehensive offerings, Olivia aids sellers in meeting Walmart Marketplace guidelines such as Item Spec 5.0, which imposes stricter validation rules and specific product attributes.
Olivia automatically detects attributes that need adjustment and assigns new ones to ensure compliance streamlining the process and enhancing organic visibility without the need for manual updates on every product listing.
