American Startups Funding Roundup

StackAdapt 

StackAdapt, the leading multi-channel programmatic advertising platform, today announced a growth capital raise led by Teachers’ Venture Growth (TVG), the late-stage venture and growth investment arm of Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, with participation from Intrepid Growth Partners, and four other investors.

Hidden Level

Hidden Level, a leader in passive radar and radio frequency sensing technology for detecting and precisely locating drones and other threats around you, announced $65 million in Series C funding led by DFJ Growth with participation from Booz Allen Ventures, Revolution Growth, Costanoa Ventures, Washington Harbour Partners, Veteran Ventures, Founders Circle Capital, and others.

Fay

Fay, a leader in digital nutritional therapy, has raised $50 million Series B funding round led by Goldman Sachs at a $500 million valuation. Existing investors General Catalyst and Forerunner also participated in the round.

Pendulum

Pendulum, the leader in real-time planning for the global supply chain, has raised $22 million in total funding to develop the first self-correcting AI platform for supply chains.

Atombeam

Atombeam, whose innovative technology redefines how data is used, moved, stored and secured, announced the closing of its recent Reg A+ funding round, with a total of $20 million raised.

TrueFoundry

TrueFoundry has raised $19 million in Series A funding, led by Intel Capital, with participation from existing investors Peak XV(formerly Sequoia India) and Eniac Ventures.

Presto

As electric-vehicle sales continue to increase, Presto, an all-in-one EV charging platform, has raised $15 million in seed funding from Union Square Ventures, Congruent Ventures, Powerhouse Ventures, and Jetstream.

MacroCycle

MacroCycle Technologies, a developer of a novel PET & polyester textile waste upcycling technology, announced the close of a $6.5M seed financing round. The round was led by Clean Energy Ventures and Volta Circle, with participation from KDT Ventures and Neotribe Ventures.

Trayd

Trayd, a groundbreaking construction payroll platform, announces its $4.5M equity fundraising, reflecting strong early adoption and growing demand among key customers. Suffolk Technologies, the venture capital affiliate of Suffolk Construction, led the seed round with support from Bloomberg Beta and Y Combinator.

Mobile Pathways

Mobile Pathways, a leading tech nonprofit ensuring fair access to justice for immigrants, has successfully raised $1 million to advance its AI-based technology platform Pathfinder. Supported by key partners like GitLab Foundation, Firedoll Foundation, AlleyCorp, and Fast Forward, this funding will transform the way immigration attorneys and advocates manage complex immigration cases.
