H/Advisors Appoints Tom McAlister to Lead U.S. Corporate Reputation Practice

In this newly created role, McAlister will lead the growth of the firm’s corporate reputation services, helping companies build and protect their reputations while supporting their business goals.

The new practice is part of H/Advisors’ US growth strategy. It will focus on areas such as corporate positioning, executive communications, media relations and capital markets advisory.

McAlister will also oversee services related to leadership changes, issue management and stakeholder engagement.

McAlister has over 20 years of experience advising CEOs, founders, boards and investors across media, consumer technology and growing businesses. His expertise includes corporate communications, investor relations, crisis management and building company reputations.

McAlister most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer at Wonder Project, where he led communications and shaped the company’s messaging. He also advised its leaders and partners on reputation and political issues. Earlier, he was President of Beck Media & Marketing, advising CEOs and senior leaders.
