iPronics, a Valencia, Spain-based provider of a silicon photonics-based optical circuit switching platform for AI infrastructure, has raised $125 million in a Series B funding round co-led by Maverick Silicon and Light Street Capital, bringing the total amount to $177 million.
The round also saw participation from NVIDIA, Triatomic Capital, Bosch Ventures, Catalight Capital, European Innovation Council Fund, The Tate Family Trust, Fine Structure Ventures, Amadeus Capital Partners, Build Collective, and Criteria Venture Tech.
The company will use the funding to scale operations, accelerate commercial deployment, and meet growing demand for its optical networking technology for AI infrastructure.
