LifeMine Therapeutics Inc., a Watertown, MA-based clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company leveraging digital genomics research technology, has raised $263 million in a funding round, bringing the total amount to $558 million.
The round included a $188 million Series E financing led by Milky Way Investments with participation from Bezos Expeditions, Gates Frontier, RA Capital Management, GV (Google Ventures), LoLa Capital Partners, GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), Invus, and ARCH Venture Partners, following a previously completed $75M Series D round.
The company will use the capital to accelerate clinical development of its lead drug candidate, LIFE-001, and advance its transplantation and immunology pipeline.
