Nike hires Kristin Bauer Ex-Foot Locker Executive to Run Converse Operations

Nike has appointed former Foot Locker executive Kristin Bauer to lead operations at its struggling Converse brand.

Aon reported adjusted earnings of $3.81 per share for the second quarter, beating analysts’ expectations. However, its stock has since fallen 5.6% to $355.40.
Bauer, who served as Foot Locker’s Chief Supply Chain Officer for nearly three years until April, will join Converse as Chief Operating Officer on September 14.
According to an internal memo signed by Converse CEO Aaron Cain, Bauer will take on the new role as the brand works to improve its performance.
