Syllo Raises $30M in Growth Funding

Syllo today announced $30 million in growth funding from Venrock, Two Seas Capital, and strategic investors. The investment marks the culmination of a year defined by measurable results, industry recognition, and growing trust among the world’s leading litigation firms.

Earlier this year, Syllo and a team of leading litigators published a landmark white paper detailing how agentic AI systems are surpassing benchmarks for recall and precision in document reviews in active litigation.

Syllo was also honored with multiple distinctions from the legal technology community, including:

  • Trailblazer of the Year with Ballard Spahr and Innovative Leader Awards from the International Legal Technology Association
  • Best Collaboration Finalist with Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan from The American Lawyer
  • Litigators of the Week recognition for the Quinn Emanuel team that used Syllo’s platform and described it as “a quantum leap over traditional tools”

Client adoption continues to reinforce these results; Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman recently announced a multi-year integration of Syllo’s platform into its litigation practice.

The $30 million growth investment will accelerate product development across Syllo’s unified litigation workspace, expand engineering and support teams, and strengthen the company’s go-to-market capacity.

“Syllo has emerged as a rapidly growing leader in litigation AI software given its founders’ roots in litigation and the deep domain-specific approach it has taken to developing its AI,” said Nick Beim, partner at Venrock. “The company has established a high level of trust with leading litigation firms, and its software represents a step-function improvement in capabilities for the industry.”

“We see Syllo as a company uniquely capable and positioned to scale rapidly in the litigation industry,” said Sina Toussi, chief investment officer at Two Seas Capital. “Our investment in Syllo reflects our deep conviction in the company’s vision, leadership, products and long-term growth potential. We look forward to working with the Syllo team as they continue to build a great company.”

Together, these achievements reflect a consistent pattern: proven outcomes, trusted partners, and disciplined innovation. From discovery to deposition, Syllo gives lawyers and paralegals greater command and control over their cases — augmenting human judgment with explainable, defensible, and auditable AI.
