Tribal, a NYC-based provider of an enterprise-native AI platform, has raised $10 million in a Seed funding round led by Team8, with participation from DYDX Capital and a group of angel investors.
The company plans to use the funds to expand its product across major enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, NetSuite, and Workday, and to speed up hiring and growth across the United States.
After seeing “vibe-coding” tools fail in real enterprise environments, it became clear that they often miss key elements needed at scale, such as organizational knowledge, impact analysis, governance, and production infrastructure. Code generation is only one part of the process.
Without the context before it and proper governance and deployment after it, these tools don’t deliver a real solution—just a short-lived demo.

Tribal solves this problem with metadata-native AI agents that deliver production-ready solutions in days rather than months. Its Metadata Fabric quickly captures and maps an enterprise’s system metadata, including objects, workflows, permissions, dependencies, and business rules. This context powers everything the platform builds, from AI agents to applications and workflows that are fully integrated into the system.
As Salesforce shifts toward an agent-first, headless architecture with Headless 360, Tribal ensures tools like Agentforce can operate safely in complex enterprise environments. All outputs are governed, tested, and made ready for production use.
“The shift to headless enterprise infrastructure is real and happening fast, but infrastructure without organizational context is just basic plumbing. This $10M investment allows us to go deeper on our product and build the intelligence needed to power Enterprise AI,” said Yoav Kolodner, CEO of Tribal.

Nir Rehav, CIO of ADAMA, said the platform has improved speed and execution across the company: “With Tribal, we can iterate faster and deploy to production with confidence. It helps us better serve users in 19 countries while improving how we manage and use data across markets.” David Kestenberg, Director of IT at Pro Driven Brand, added that Tribal helped reduce technical debt, and improve efficiency: “It gave us a self-serve platform to standardize processes, remove fragile workarounds, and work from a trusted system, making our team roughly 10x faster.”
“Enterprises are under growing pressure to turn AI from experiments into real, repeatable impact inside their business applications and workflows,” said Ori Barzilay, Partner at Team8. “The Tribal team brings deep and rare experience building on the trusted platforms of global enterprises and is uniquely positioned to help organizations bring AI safely to fulfill core business needs.”
About Tribal
Founded by Yoav Kolodner, Lior Sidi and Yakir Daniel, Tribal is an enterprise AI platform built by former Salesforce, Wix, and Spot.io leaders who saw firsthand how AI often fails in complex enterprise systems. Tribals AI agents understand the full metadata structure of an organization and use that context to build solutions that fit enterprise needs. This helps teams clear backlogs up to 10x faster, reduce maintenance costs by around 80%, and deliver AI solutions that IT, and compliance teams can trust from day one.
