TriGemX Bio Appoints Doug Pagán to its Board of Directors

TriGemX Bio, a biotechnology company developing a new treatment for migraine, has appointed Doug Pagán to its Board of Directors.

Doug Pagán brings more than 20 years of experience in business growth, operations and value creation. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Kailera Therapeutics and previously held CFO and COO roles at Atalanta Therapeutics, where he remains on the Board of Directors.

Earlier, Pagán was CFO and COO of Jnana Therapeutics until its acquisition by Otsuka Pharmaceutical. He also served as CFO at Dicerna Pharmaceuticals, KSQ Therapeutics and Paratek Pharmaceuticals, along with leadership roles at Acceleron and Biogen.

Pagán has also served on the boards of Ziopharm Oncology and Timberlyne Therapeutics. He holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Columbia Business School and a BSE in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University.
