STG Logistics

STG Logistics, a leading provider of containerized logistics services, announced the successful completion of a $300 million debt and equity financing package. 

Powin

Powin, a global leader in battery energy storage solutions, announced today that it has successfully secured a revolving credit facility of up to $200 million primarily from insurance accounts managed by KKR, a leading global investment firm.

Aktis Oncology

Aktis Oncology, a clinical-stage biotechnology company pioneering the discovery and development of novel targeted alpha radiopharmaceuticals to treat a broad range of solid tumors, today announced the successful closing of an oversubscribed and upsized $175 million Series B financing.

Impulse Space

Impulse Space, a leader in the development of in-space transportation services, has raised $150 million Series B funding round, led by Founders Fund. The round also included participation from other returning investors like Lux Capital and Spring Tide, as well as attracting new investors, such as DCVC.

Triveni Bio

Triveni Bio Inc., a biotech company advancing novel antibody treatments for I&I disorders, has announced a $115 million Series B to support pipeline expansion.

Crescendo

Crescendo, creators of the first augmented-AI customer experience (CX) platform, announced the closing of a series of venture round financings totaling $50 million. 

Nym

Nym, a leader in autonomous medical coding, today announced a $47 million growth investment led by PSG, a leading growth equity firm that specializes in partnering with software and technology-enabled services companies. Nym includes participation from existing and new investors including Google Ventures, Addition, Samsung Next and Dynamic Loop Capital.

xtype

xtype, the leading software company for multi-instance management on the ServiceNow platform, today announced it had raised a $21 million Series A funding round led by Norwest Venture Partners, with participation from ServiceNow Ventures and existing investors including Columbia Capital and Inner Loop Capital.

Harmonic Security

Harmonic Security has secured $17.5 Million in Series A funding to bring its unique “zero-touch data protection” capabilities to enterprises. Total funding has now reached more than $26 million since the company launched in October last year with enterprise customers already in double figures.

Integrated Biosciences

Integrated Biosciences, a biotechnology company pioneering the use of synthetic biology and machine learning to develop next-generation therapeutics for age-related diseases, today announced that it has closed a $17 million seed financing.
