American Startups Funding Roundup

Abridge

Abridge, the leading generative AI platform for clinical conversations, has raised a $250 million Series D investment, coinciding with the milestone of surpassing 100 deployments at some of the largest and most complex health systems in the United States.

Hightouch

Hightouch, the leading data and AI platform for marketing and personalization, has raised an $80 million Series C at a valuation of $1.2 billion. The round was led by Rajeev Dham at Sapphire Ventures, with participation from NVC, ICONIQ Growth, Amplify Partners, Bain Capital Ventures, and Y Combinator.

Endovascular Engineering 

Endovascular Engineering, Inc. (“E2”) has secured $42 million in an oversubscribed Series B financing to advance its next generation clot removal technology platform for venous thromboembolism (VTE).

AheadComputing

AheadComputing has secured $21.5Mn in seed funding to rapidly develop and commercialize its breakthrough microprocessor architecture designed to meet the new, unique computing demands across AI, cloud, and edge devices.

Gomboc AI

Gomboc AI, the industry’s first deterministic AI solution for cloud security remediations, has raised $13 million in seed-stage funding. A new $8 million seed investment was led by Ballistic Ventures, with continued support from Glilot Capital Partners and Hetz Ventures, which co-led Gomboc AI’s initial $5 million seed investment.

ElectronX

ElectronX, a new energy exchange created to help accelerate the U.S. grid transition to renewable sources, has raised a $10 million strategic investment round led by Systemiq Capital, with participation by Equinor Ventures, Shell Ventures LLC (“Shell”) and Innovation Endeavors.

Mavvrik

Mavvrik, the unified platform for IT financial control, announces a $6.2MM seed funding round led by S3 Ventures and Flyover Capital, with participation from Tuesday Capital, ClutchVC, Amplify.LA, and Knoll Ventures.

Keebler Health

Keebler Health, which provides the best AI-native risk adjustment platform for healthcare providers, has raised a $6Mn in seed funding round from several investors, including Freestyle Capital, MBX Capital, New Stack Ventures, Underdog Labs, Everywhere VC, Ludlow Ventures, Primordial, the Tweener Fund, the Hustle Fund, Deb Liu, and Bong Koh.

Everstar 

Everstar, a pioneer in AI-powered compliance solutions for nuclear energy and industrial operations, announced its $4M pre-seed funding round led by Third Prime VC, with participation from Pelican Energy Partners and EXCEL Services, Virta Ventures, Generational Partners, Page One Ventures, and a distinguished group of angel investors with expertise spanning artificial intelligence, energy, aerospace, and defense.

Maestro

Maestro, the first enterprise-grade infrastructure provider designed from the ground up for Bitcoin DeFi, announced its $3 million seed funding round. Co-led by Wave Digital Assets and Draper Associates—with participation from UTXO Management, Bitcoin Frontier Fund, Draper Dragon, and Necto Labs—the capital injection will accelerate Maestro’s mission to enable businesses, financial institutions, and even nation-states to seamlessly interface with the emerging Bitcoin financial system.
