Alkymi Raises Financing Round

Alkymi, a New York-based AI-powered data workflow platform for financial services, has raised a strategic financing round. 

The round was led by Cornerstone Investment Capital and Canaan Partners, with participation from SimCorp and Northwestern Mutual Future Ventures.

Cornerstone Investment Capital is a financial technology (fintech) investment firm that focuses on strategic investments in companies applying technology to financial services and transaction processing. 

Canaan Partners is an American venture capital firm that focuses on early-stage investments in the technology and healthcare sectors. The firm has invested in over 500 companies since its inception, with a portfolio that has resulted in more than 70 IPOs and 150 mergers and acquisitions. 

As part of the round, Bob Greifeld, former Chairman & CEO of Nasdaq and Co-Founder of Cornerstone, joins Alkymi’s Board of Directors. Thomas Mosimann of Cornerstone becomes Board Chairman, with Bob Ward (CEO of QUODD) and Robert Greifeld Jr. also joining the board.
