StampMyVIsa Raises Rs 4 Crore in Bridge Funding

StampMyVisa (SMV), a B2B visa processing and travel-tech platform, has raised Rs 4 crore in a bridge funding round led by existing investor Unicorn India Ventures (UIV). The fresh infusion will be directed toward growth, marketing, and the integration of Teleport, a travel startup backed by Kunal Shah, which StampMyVisa recently acquired to expand its footprint in South India.

This new round follows UIV’s earlier Rs 6.6 crore seed investment in StampMyVisa last year. The company plans to use the bridge round to hit critical business milestones and prepare for a larger Series A raise in the upcoming financial year.

Growth, Innovation, and Global Expansion

Founded to simplify global visa processing for businesses, StampMyVisa has reported a 4x revenue growth while maintaining a 99.5% visa success rate, processing over 75,000 visas in just six months.

The platform’s proprietary AI engine, Nucleus, automates and validates visa documentation across 80+ countries, significantly reducing processing time and manual errors. StampMyVisa targets to process 80% of visa applications within five minutes, a major improvement over the industry’s typical two-day average.

The company has also introduced two innovative products:

  • SMV Insure: Offers refunds on booking value if a visa is rejected.
  • SMV Global: Provides eSIM-based international connectivity at costs lower than standard roaming plans.

Strategic Acquisitions and Future Roadmap

In August 2025, StampMyVisa acquired Teleport, a consumer-focused travel tech startup backed by founders Kunal Shah (CRED)Vidit Aatrey (Meesho), and Phanindra Sama (RedBus). The acquisition enhances SMV’s technology stack, customer base, and geographic reach, particularly in South India.

StampMyVisa now plans to expand into GCC markets and develop embedded fintech infrastructure—including credit and payment solutions—for small and medium businesses.

The startup competes with platforms such as Atlys, Visa2Fly, and StampThePassport, positioning itself as one of India’s most technologically advanced players in B2B visa automation.
