The company plans to use the funds to grow its operations and development work.

Datatruck is designed for long haul carriers that have outgrown old TMS software, and scattered tools. The platform acts as a central system for dispatch, load management and compliance, while integrating AI agents and financial workflows into daily operations. With 150+ seamless integrations for dispatch, fuel cards, factoring, and compliance, Datatruck provides an all-in-one transportation system that helps carriers operate more efficiently, stay in control at scale, and make smarter business decisions.

The platform’s financial tools such as real time profitability tracking, automated IFTA reporting, and integrated factoring through FinTruck give carriers insights into unit economics that older systems can’t match. Powered by AI agents that handle routine tasks, and highlight key insights, this operational intelligence is driving strong carrier adoption and loyalty.

“Long-haul carriers don’t need more disconnected tools they need a system that can grow with their business,” said Shah Rahmanov, CEO and Co-Founder of Datatruck. “Datatruck replaces old systems with an AI native platform that combines operations, automation, and financial workflows in one place. That’s what modern carriers want, and it’s driving faster adoption.”

Carriers are increasingly switching to Datatruck as they move away from outdated platforms that can’t keep up with growing complexity. Datatruck has replaced hundreds of legacy TMS systems, helping carriers modernize operations, reconcile financial data, prevent revenue loss, and make sure no money is left on the table.

“We switched to Datatruck from a legacy TMS because it couldn’t keep up with our operations,” said Stefan Trifan, President of APL Cargo. “Datatruck focuses on carrier profitability, helping my team work more efficiently and grow our margins.”

Avenue’s investment shows confidence in Datatruck’s strong customer growth and its unique use of AI in essential trucking operations.

“Datatruck impressed us because customers are already using its AI agents to improve real operations, not just testing them,” said Ryan Russell, Founding Partner at Avenue. “This AI native platform is gaining ground in a market ready to move beyond old systems, and we’re excited to support the team as they grow.”
