Airrived, a Dublin, CA-based provider of an agentic AI platform that unifies and operationalizes critical enterprise domains, has raised $6.1 million in a Seed funding round led by Cannage Capital.
The round also saw participation from Plug and Play Ventures, Rebellion Ventures, and Inner Loop Capital, alongside strategic investments from Manoj Apte, Mahendra Ramsinghani, and Saqib E. Awan.

The company plans to use the funds to grow its operations and improve its development work.
Enterprises struggle with disconnected AI tools and old systems with AI added on.
Intelligence is scattered, AI is limited, and only a few experts can use it. The result: AI that summarises instead of decides, automation that breaks under real-world complexity, and humans stuck trying to connect systems, make decisions, and get results.”
Airrived introduces Agentic OS, a new platform that embeds agentic intelligence into the enterprise. Instead of just adding AI features or automation, Airrived lets organizations fine-tune AI models, create intelligent agents, and coordinate intelligence across systems—all without needing AI experts.
The platform brings together key enterprise areas—such as SOC, GRC, IAM, vulnerability management, IT, and business operations—into a single intelligent system that can think end-to-end, act across tools, and keep improving over time.
Most enterprise AI today is stuck in pilots, dashboards, or simple summary tools. Airrived is built for full-scale use, governance, and reliability. By combining scattered AI tools into a single system and eliminating the need for rare AI experts, Airrived helps enterprises move from AI that merely observes to systems that can reason, decide, and act on their own.
Airrived, recognized as a Gartner Tech Innovator, a Security Today CyberSecured Award winner, and a BIG Innovator in Agentic AI, is shaping the next generation of enterprise AI.
It’s already deployed at leading companies—including a Fortune 150 insurer, a top restaurant chain, a global bank, and a major telecom—proving it can handle complex, high-volume environments with reliability, governance, and speed.
“Enterprises don’t need more tools or basic AI,” said Anurag Gurtu, Co-Founder and CEO of Airrived. “They need a new foundation. Airrived marks the point at which agentic intelligence becomes part of the enterprise. This funding shows that agentic AI isn’t just the future of security and IT—it’s happening now.”
“Airrived stood out for its agentic-first design,” said Shelley Jhuang, Founder of Cannage Capital. “It’s not just automation or playbooks—it’s a flexible agentic platform that can scale across different use cases. We’re proud to support the Airrived founders as they help enterprises create intelligent automation in security and IT.”
“What I like about Airrived is that it’s made for the real-world needs of security teams—fewer handoffs, fewer mistakes, and faster results,” said Amit Patel, Partner at Plug and Play Ventures. “That’s how you cut operational overhead and improve outcomes.”
By making agentic intelligence an operating system rather than just a feature, Airrived is
setting a new standard for how enterprises use and scale AI across their most important operations.
