Today marks an exciting milestone for Fibr AI as we announce a $7.5 million seed funding round led by Accel, with support from WillowTree Ventures, MVP Ventures and some incredible operator angels.
For us, this funding is more than just capital, it’s a validation that the future we’re building makes sense, a future where websites serve intelligent, adaptive, and contextually aware experiences.
It’s a chance for us to reshape the web, taking it beyond the limitations of static pages to a place where every URL is a dynamic, personalized agent that adapts to each visitor in real-time, learning from their interactions, and ultimately driving results.

The challenge we kept running into
We kept seeing the same thing: we personalize ads, emails, and social before the click, but the moment someone lands on the website, it still resets to zero. The experience stays static and blind to context, so it can’t tell who the visitor is, why they’re here, or what they need.
That gap shows up as frustration, broken journeys, missed conversions, and higher customer acquisition costs, even when visitors come from targeted campaigns, AI recommendations, or search.
We realized it wasn’t a belief problem. It was infrastructure. Traditional CMS platforms were built for static destinations, not for understanding context, intent, or behavior, and not for a world where traffic includes both Humans vs. AI. In 2025/26, AI-driven crawlers and agents are a meaningful share of visits, and they need precise, structured content and fast responses.
That’s why we built Fibr AI. We’re creating the Agentic Web Experience Layer, where every URL becomes an autonomous, context-aware agent that adapts in real time, continuously optimizing using behavior, intent, and signals like ad interactions, search history, and AI predictions.
Context that adapts in real time
When we started building Fibr AI, we weren’t trying to ship another “website feature”. We were solving a deeper issue: websites don’t understand people in the moment.
That’s why we built contextual intelligence. We plug into the tools teams already use, ads, CDPs, CRMs, and combine those signals with onsite behavior to understand who’s visiting, where they came from, their intent, and how they’re engaging, all in real time. That lets the site adapt instantly: someone from a Facebook ad may need product clarity, while someone from search may be looking for offers. We can rewrite content, adjust visuals, and personalize flows so the experience fits.
Under the hood, this runs on context graphs, the nervous system of the Agentic Web. They connect signals from ads, website behavior, CRM data, and even custom ML models, linking actions like clicks, searches, and page views to intent using past behavior and external recommendations.
This is what makes Fibr AI able to:
- Identify and label visitors, clustering them into individual or cohort-based segments
- Understand intent through behavior and external signals
- Personalize experiences in real-time by changing content, visuals, and flows
- Learn continuously, improving with every interaction and every visit
The vision: a unified, adaptive experience layer across all channels
For us, the most exciting part is that contextual intelligence doesn’t stop at websites.
This same framework, context graphs plus real-time learning, can extend across every digital channel. And that’s how marketing changes at its core, from disconnected tools to one connected system.
Because today, ads, emails, social media, and customer interactions still operate in silos. Fibr AI bridges that gap by creating a single, intelligent experience layer that spans websites, ads, and even email campaigns.
Here’s how we’ll transform the future of digital marketing and consumer experience:
- Ads: Real-time, personalized content based on user intent, past behaviors, and external signals.
- Emails: Dynamically adjusting content based on real-time behaviors, purchase history, and external data, ensuring relevant and timely messages.
- Social Media: Evolving posts and recommendations based on visitor context, ensuring that the right content reaches the right user.
By turning the website into a context-driven model, we can build adaptive systems across all digital surfaces. That means every interaction can feel relevant and personal, not random.
Fibr AI is what ties it all together. By embedding intelligence into every touchpoint across the journey, we help websites, ads, emails, and social media understand and respond to real-time signals, and deliver a truly personalized and adaptive experience at every stage.
