
Naoma, a San Francisco, CA-based developer of an AI video sales agent, has raised $440k in a pre-seed funding round led by ULTRA VC.
The round also saw participation from Sparkle Ventures and several angel investors.

The company plans to use the funds to accelerate product development and expand its customer base.
Many B2B companies take a day or more to respond to demo requests. Naoma reduces this to about 10 seconds. Its AI agent uses voice and video to run live demos, answer questions, and gather insights for the company’s CRM.
Dmitry Zakharov co-founded Naoma with Dima Ivanouski, bringing expertise in AI, automation, and enterprise sales. He started the company after seeing that many potential buyers lose interest before the sales team can respond.

While I was Head of SMB Sales at PandaDoc, my team sold to small customers with high demand but low contract value. Human-led demos became too costly, so PandaDoc shifted to a self-serve model. While this reduced costs, it also lowered conversions, deal size, and retention, because the product was harder to experience without a sales rep.”

Naoma’s platform combines conversational AI with interactive video, allowing every demo to adapt in real time to the viewer. It features AI video agents as presenters and guides, voice interactions in multiple languages, flexible demo flows that respond to user input, and seamless integration with websites, landing pages, or emails. “Naoma is a video AI sales agent that runs personalized live demos inside a real product account—no Zoom or Google Meet needed,” Zakharov tells TFN. “It answers questions, qualifies leads during demos, and guides prospects to purchase, just like top sales reps.”
Users can customize their demo assistant by choosing a professional host, a brand mascot, or an animated character. Naoma also collects customer insights and updates CRM systems to help sales teams better understand their leads.
Zakharov concludes, “In the next 3–5 years, we aim to transform B2B product sales by making live, personalized demos instantly available to every prospect. We believe Naoma can run millions of demos each year within 4–5 years, becoming an always-on part of the modern SaaS buying experience.”
Unlike Navattic, Reprise and Walnut, Naoma provides live, AI-powered video demos rather than pre-recorded tours or static walkthroughs.
