SENAI Raises $6.2M in Seed Funding

SENAI, a Washington, DC-based provider of an online video intelligence platform, has raised $6.2 million in a Seed funding round led by 10D Ventures.

The round also saw participation from FS Ventures, 1948 Ventures, and global investors, such as Jonathan Kolber.

The company plans to use the funds to accelerate product development and expand adoption across intelligence and law enforcement agencies.

SENAI is a next-generation online video intelligence platform. As online videos increasingly carry security risks, SENAI transforms unstructured video into precise, real-time, geo-specific intelligence.

Founded less than a year ago, SENAI is setting the global standard for OVINT, creating a new way to monitor social media threats. Unlike traditional open source intelligence, OVINT focuses on video as the primary source capturing live activity rather than just text or images.

SENAI helps governments and intelligence agencies track fast moving videos, turning scattered content into clear, organized insights. Using AI to analyze video, audio, text and location data, the platform shows what’s happening and where in real time enabling teams to respond as events unfold.

When a security incident occurs, the first signs often appear in videos posted from the scene, before official reports. Online platforms are full of real time footage, but the sheer volume makes monitoring and analysis nearly impossible. Even with moderation uploads move faster than humans can review and risky content often spreads before it’s flagged. As video-focused platforms play a bigger role in security threats and influence operations, governments face a challenge: videos are a key signal but are hard to analyze at scale.

“Video is now the main signal driving narratives, influence, and security outcomes,” says David Allouche-Levinsky, Co-Founder and CEO of SENAI. “SENAI helps decision-makers defend against this new level of influence. As misinformation spreads quickly, SENAI enables intelligence and law enforcement agencies to act earlier, before false stories take hold or cause real-world harm.”

“What stood out about SENAI was the team’s strong intelligence experience, disciplined execution, and ability to spot a major gap in intelligence,” says Emma Lipski, Partner at 10D Ventures. “SENAI is already tackling urgent challenges for government agencies and top clients worldwide, not just running experiments, and that real-world impact convinced us to invest.”

Over the past year, SENAI has operated in live environments with government agencies across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. While governments are its primary market today, SENAI’s dual-use platform is also drawing interest from businesses, including a deal with a U.S. client. The company plans to expand its enterprise offering in 2026.

The company recently appointed Michel Berdah as Chief Revenue Officer and Partner, bringing more than ten years of senior leadership experience to support SENAI’s growth.
