The new funding will help Nullify expand its sales efforts, grow its engineering and research teams, and speed up global expansion. The company plans to offer its AI workforce model to mid-sized businesses and fast-growing SaaS companies that often struggle with small security teams and complex older tools.
Nullify, an AI-driven product security RegTech company, has closed its seed funding round as it aims to grow across global software businesses.
Founded to address the growing gap between modern cyberattacks and limited security teams, Nullify offers an autonomous AI workforce that manages product security from start to finish. Instead of a traditional security platform, its technology operates like AI employees, handling vulnerability detection, triage, validation, and remediation autonomously.
Nullify’s system analyses code, cloud settings, and business context to automatically identify and test vulnerabilities, assess their real business impact, and provide ready-to-use fixes.
The goal is to remove manual review work, reduce the need for multiple tools, and simplify coordination challenges common in traditional security programs. The company says customers using its AI system have replaced several separate tools with one automated platform that continuously learns and adapts to new threats.
SYN Ventures operating partner and Nullify board director Glenn Chisholm said the shortage of security talent is a significant challenge today. He added that Nullify’s AI workforce goes beyond summarising alerts by independently making decisions and taking action—work that previously required entire teams.
He added that he is excited to join Nullify’s board and work together to change how companies protect themselves from constant AI-driven threats.
He added that Nullify’s AI employees replace multiple tools and the manual work they require, helping security teams move faster—even those with little or no dedicated staff. With SYN Ventures leading the latest funding round, the company now has the resources and support to scale this model for teams limited by talent shortages and complex legacy tools.
Nullify CEO and co-founder Shan Kulkarni said that organizations facing faster, more advanced AI-driven attacks cannot rely on outdated dashboards, scanners, or ticketing systems.
