
Exa Capital, a Dallas, Texas-based operator that invests in enterprise software companies, acquired StaffReady, a Spokane, Washington-based provider of clinical workforce management software.

The acquisition strengthens Exa Capital’s position in healthcare technology and adds clinical workforce solutions to its portfolio, with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and patient safety.
The StaffReady platform helps hospital departments, including labs, pharmacies, physical therapy, rehab, and support services, as well as independent bioscience, pharmaceutical, and lab-testing companies. It allows healthcare organizations to manage compliance, staff scheduling, inspections, and workforce readiness, making sure the right people are in the right place at the right time.
