Myriad360, a New York City company offering global systems integration and cybersecurity solutions, has acquired Advizex Technologies, a Cleveland, Ohio company that provides hybrid infrastructure, data engineering, and managed services.
The deal amount was not disclosed.

With this deal, Myriad360 will grow into a $900M global platform, boosting its AI capabilities and expanding its reach in enterprise managed services.
The acquisition boosts recurring revenue from managed services, cloud, and AI-driven solutions, helping the combined company expand cross-selling, strengthen enterprise relationships, and grow service delivery. Client relationships and sales operations are expected to stay steady through 2026 while a careful integration plan is put in place.

Advizex will continue as Advizex, a Myriad360 company, while the two organisations focus on stability, growing revenue, and planning their integration.
