With support from NewSpring Healthcare and other investors, Honest Health is well-positioned to expand nationally and deliver strong results in increasingly complex risk environments.
Honest Health today announced a $140 million funding round. NewSpring Healthcare provides healthcare companies with industry expertise and executive experience, working closely with founders and CEOs to support growth, identify key opportunities, and guide important financial and operational decisions.
“Value-based care is transforming healthcare, creating strong demand for partners who can deliver at scale,” said Mike Kaplan, NewSpring Partner and Honest Health board member. “Honest Health has shown it can help health systems manage this transition, and we see great potential to expand its reach. With our healthcare experience, we’re excited to support Honest Health in driving value-based care adoption and the next stage of growth.”
“Health systems and providers are under increasing pressure to improve outcomes and control costs, creating a greater need for value-based care models supported by strong clinical leadership, proven processes, and scalable infrastructure,” said Rob Bessler, M.D., CEO of Honest Health.
“Honest Health was founded on the belief that true healthcare transformation happens when providers have the tools, support and accountability to focus on value, not volume,” said Matt Kim, partner at Rubicon Founders. “In a short time, the company has proven this by improving patient outcomes, boosting operational performance, and creating a sustainable path for providers. We’re proud of their progress and excited to continue growing with them, and NewSpring as Honest Health enters its next phase.”
