The company plans to use the funds to grow its operations and development work.
The new funding will support two major initiatives. First, FirmPilot is building a next-generation AI model that is 10 times larger than its current one, which will be available to all clients by Q3 2026. This upgraded model will allow deeper content creation, smarter marketing strategies, and faster ROI for law firms. Second, FirmPilot is adding direct integrations with top case management systems, letting the platform use case value data to guide marketing more effectively. These integrations will also provide accurate ROI tracking and revenue insights, creating a revenue operations hub that links marketing spend directly to case outcomes.
FirmPilot is an AI-powered legal marketing platform that offers an all-in-one solution for law firms. It covers AI-driven SEO and GEO (search optimization), PPC and Google Ads management, local SEO, digital PR and link building, social media, and website optimization. Its competitive blueprinting technology analyzes competitors to identify trends and opportunities in SEO, ads, and other digital marketing. FirmPilot’s AI automation handles time-consuming tasks like 24/7 competitor monitoring and content updates, while real-time dashboards give firm owners clear insights into their ROI.
Every hour, over 1,000 people in the U.S. search online for legal help, but 75% never go past the first page of results. For the 425,000+ law firms in the U.S., traditional marketing methods—hiring agencies, managing ads manually, and relying on guesswork—are expensive, low-ROI, and time-consuming. FirmPilot’s patent-pending AI Legal Marketing Engine replaces guesswork with smart intelligence, using proprietary data and AI to help law firms attract higher-value clients more quickly.
Since its founding in 2023, FirmPilot has grown quickly. Its platform has generated tens of thousands of qualified leads for law firms across the U.S., with clients seeing more than a 180% increase in case volume. FirmPilot’s AI model has analyzed over 5 million pieces of legal marketing content and uses a proprietary database of 3,000+ legal cases to create authoritative content that ranks in both traditional search engines and AI-driven searches, including results shown by ChatGPT.
