The company plans to use the funds to expand its operations and product development.

Cryptio is a company that provides financial data and ERP tools for regulated digital assets. Its platform standardizes and reconciles both on-chain and off-chain data from different sources, including blockchains, exchanges, custodians, and brokerages. The system is built to meet institutional control standards and support audits by major accounting firms such as Deloitte, EY, KPMG, and PwC.

Traditional ERP and accounting systems were not built for blockchain-based assets, real-time reporting, or modern custody systems. As financial institutions move into stablecoins, tokenized securities, and other on-chain assets, these limitations create major operational and reporting challenges.

Building on its data, accounting, and reconciliation platform, Cryptio has introduced new Loan Management and Treasury Management tools that help institutions manage lending and treasury operations directly.

As digital assets move from experiments to mainstream financial products, institutions must update their middle- and back-office systems.

Cryptio’s platform serves over 400 enterprises in more than 30 countries, each with different regulations. Built to operate at scale, it has processed over $3 trillion in transactions. The platform now supports regulated activities across stablecoins, tokenized assets, lending and exchanges.

“Cryptio’s system converts fragmented data into consistent, audit-ready information for accounting, reporting and operations,” said Karan Sharma, Investor at Sentinel Global.

“As capital markets move into tokenized securities, keeping accurate and transparent financial records is critical,” said Sidra Pervaiz, SVP Accounting at Securitise. “Cryptio tracks token supply and activity—including minting, burning, and wallet movements—allowing reconciliation between on-chain issuance and internal records. This transparency is key as tokenized securities grow in regulated markets.”

Antoine Scalia, founder and CEO of Cryptio, said, “We’ve built market leadership with traditional financial institutions like Laser Digital and SocGen, as well as crypto-native companies like Circle, which recently received OCC approval for a National Trust Charter. This funding will help us expand and offer these regulated institutions new tools, such as Loan Management and Treasury Management.”

Tamara Schulz, CAO of Circle, said, “As our business has grown, scalability and reliability have been key. Cryptio has consistently supported our complex operations while building features that meet our needs. We value them as a strategic partner dedicated to our long-term success.”

“We are excited to back Cryptio in this funding round. As digital assets become part of regulated financial markets, they need institutional-grade infrastructure,” said Loic Fonteneau, Managing Director at BlackFin Capital Partners. “Cryptio has shown it can operate at scale within this framework. Leading asset issuers, exchanges, and financial institutions already use the platform for accounting, lending, and tokenized asset reporting, including verifying a large portion of circulating stablecoins. We believe Cryptio is well-positioned to become the core ERP system for regulated digital asset markets.”

“Cryptio is tackling a complex data challenge. In working with traditional institutions, we see digital asset activity spread across blockchains, wallets, custodians, exchanges, stablecoin and tokenization platforms, and lending venues—each with different formats and identifiers. Cryptio’s system turns this fragmented data into consistent, audit-ready information for accounting, reporting, and operations, delivered through strong APIs and an ERP-grade application suite. This is exactly what large-scale digital asset operations need,” said Karan Sharma, Investor at Sentinel Global.
