Findem, a Redwood City, California-based company that provides an AI platform for talent outcomes, has acquired Glider AI, a Cupertino, California-based provider of a skills-validation platform.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
Together, the companies will offer an AI-powered hiring solution that delivers candidates who are already discovered, assessed, and verified before reaching hiring managers.
The acquisition combines Findem’s talent discovery with Glider’s skills validation, AI interviews, and identity verification to create a complete AI hiring platform. It finds, assesses, and verifies candidates, giving hiring teams access to candidates with proven skills.

The acquisition also positions Findem to challenge the $650 billion global staffing market, where companies often depend on multiple vendors to find, screen, and qualify candidates. By consolidating these steps into a single AI platform, Findem can automatically discover, assess and verify candidates before presenting them to hiring teams. This reduces reliance on multiple suppliers, lowers costs and allows companies to invest more in competitive pay, making hiring more efficient and predictable.
Findem uses its proprietary Labeling Engine to turn large amounts of unstructured data into clear hiring insights. Glider adds skills assessments, AI interviews, and identity checks, creating one AI workflow that connects talent discovery, validation, and verification.
Findem is also introducing pricing based on successful hires, showing confidence in its ability to deliver job-ready candidates.
“AI is changing how hiring works,” said Josh Bersin, Global Industry Analyst and CEO of The Josh Bersin Company. “For years, recruiting depended on many separate tools and vendors. Now, AI platforms can focus on results instead of processes, and companies like Findem are helping drive this shift.”
“Companies don’t buy recruiting tools for better workflows—they want better hires,” said Hari Kolam, CEO of Findem. “Too often, hiring relies on disconnected tools, and important information gets lost. By combining Findem’s AI with Glider’s validation tools, we create one solution that helps companies make more confident hiring decisions.”
“Hiring fails when the data used to evaluate candidates isn’t reliable,” said Satish Kumar CEO of Glider AI. “Glider ensures trust through verified skills and identity. Together with Findem’s AI, organizations can move beyond traditional hiring to more reliable, skills based results.”
“Contingent hiring has long depended on fragmented systems and manual processes,” said Doug Leeby, CEO of Beeline. “The industry is now moving toward platforms that can better find, assess, and verify candidates. Solutions that help companies connect with qualified, job-ready talent more efficiently are an important step forward for businesses and the global workforce.”
