ContractorHUB Receives Strategic Investment

ContractorHUB, a Nashville-based company, provides an AI-powered operating system designed to help contracting businesses grow and scale, and has received a strategic investment from a group of industry operators. The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

The company plans to use the funds to expand its product for small and mid-sized contractors in the U.S. and Canada who are not well served by current software.

This operator-led investment supports ContractorHUB’s goal of helping home service businesses run more efficiently while giving people back their most valuable resource—time. The group includes experienced roofing and paving owners from Mast Roofing & Construction, Nelson Roofing and Eco Paving, who use ContractorHUB in their own businesses. Their expertise helps guide the platform as it grows ensuring it meets the real needs of contracting companies.

Unlike traditional contractor software, such as CRMs or standalone tools that separate operations, ContractorHUB acts as a central operating system for home service businesses, helping leaders manage people, finances, projects and work execution all in one coordinated platform.

ContractorHUB is running a Founders Beta in the U.S. and Canada, working with a core group of contractor-led businesses that help shape the platform. These customers typically have $5M–$30M in annual revenue and teams of 20–50 employees. The founders work closely with customers, meeting weekly to refine workflows and get ready for a full commercial launch.

ContractorHUB plans to grow beyond roofing into other home service areas, like landscaping, later this year. The company focuses on providing modern, practical technology that helps contractors strengthen and grow their businesses locally.

“Customers choosing to invest in ContractorHUB is the best validation we could hope for,” said Matt Parks, Founder and Chief Product and Innovation Officer. “They know our customers’ needs firsthand, and their support will help us focus on delivering value and a great experience as we grow.”

“As operators, we’ve seen how most software falls short for contracting businesses,” said Aaron Nelson, Partner at Nelson Roofing. “ContractorHUB is built for how contractors actually run their businesses, something the industry hasn’t had before. That, and our shared vision, led us to partner with the founders and help ContractorHUB grow its impact.”
