Purchasing Proof’s personnel, portfolio of creative works, and intellectual property is in line with Yuga’s goal of making web3 the premier portal. Yuga will begin by introducing Moonbirds to Otherside, the hub for companies, communities, and content producers to engage in the web3’s social fabric.

Proof is a digital art platform and art collector community that was co-founded in 2021 by digital artist Justin Mezzell and tech entrepreneur and media producer Kevin Rose. It has attracted artists and collectors who are interested in the nexus of innovation, art, and technology.

It aims to highlight the narratives behind art that contribute to defining its value beyond financial considerations by organising art drops and exhibitions, conducting research, and creating educational materials.
