Infinite Reality, an innovation company powering the next generation of digital media and ecommerce through AI and immersive technologies, today announced a $350 million minority investment from a private multi family office focused on global technology, media, and real estate, elevating the Company’s valuation to $5.1 billion.

Miravast Asset Management LLC

Miravast Asset Management LLC, a leading vertically integrated investment manager with deep experience underwriting longevity risk and investing in life settlements is pleased to share that it recently completed fundraising for Miravast ILS Credit Opportunities II LP (“Fund II”) with $346 million of fund commitments.

Skild AI

Pittsburgh, PA-based Skild AI, an AI robotics company has raised $300M in Series A funding round led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, Coatue, SoftBank Group, and Jeff Bezos (through Bezos Expeditions), with participation from Felicis Ventures, Sequoia, Menlo Ventures, General Catalyst, CRV, Amazon, SV Angel, and Carnegie Mellon University. The funding brings the company to a valuation of $1.5B.

HarmonyCares

HarmonyCares, a leading provider of value-based in-home longitudinal care, today announced that it has raised $200M of capital to bring its integrated, physician-led in-home care model to more vulnerable patients nationwide.

F1 Arcade

F1® Arcade has completed a growth financing raise. The $130M commitments are funded by Cheyne Capital, Liberty Media Corporation, Permira Credit and OakNorth. 

Hayden AI

Hayden AI Technologies, the leader in vision AI solutions for smart cities, today announced $90 million in new growth equity financing. The Series C round was led by The Rise Fund, the multi-sector strategy of TPG’s global impact investing platform, and was supported by existing investors such as the Drawdown Fund and Autotech Ventures, among others. 

X-Bow

X-Bow Systems, the non-traditional producer of advanced manufactured solid rocket motors (SRMs) and hypersonics technologies, has raised Series B financing, raising over $70 million.

Regard, the AI-powered clinical insights platform that empowers clinicians to unlock the full potential of patient data, announced the close of a $61 million Series B financing round, led by Oak HC/FT, with participation from Cedars-Sinai Health Ventures, as well as existing investors TenOneTen, Calibrate Ventures, and Techstars.

AI-powered creative studio, Captions has raised $60 million in Series C funding, led by Index Ventures, with participation from our existing investors Kleiner Perkins, Sequoia Capital, and Andreessen Horowitz.
