HappyRobot, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of an AI agent platform for enterprise operations, has raised $150 million in a Series C funding round led by Prysm Capital and Eurazeo, bringing the total amount to around $200 million.

The round also saw participation from a16z, Base10, Y Combinator, Koch Disruptive Technologies (KDT), Orange, T.Capital, Bankinter, Endeavor Catalyst, Kfund, and Wave-X.

The fresh capital will support investments in AI capabilities, enterprise integrations, infrastructure and global expansion.
