Onos Health, a San Francisco, CA-based behavioral health clinical intelligence platform for health plans, has raised $17 million in a Series A funding round led by Costanoa Ventures.

The round also saw participation from Flare Capital Partners and strategic investment from CVS Health Ventures.

The company plans to use the funding to expand its AI platform and scale deployments with national and regional health plans.
