Uniti uses AI agents to automate a wide range of real estate tasks, including sales, leasing, customer support, maintenance requests, rent collection, payments, and review management.
Its AI agents work across phone calls, SMS, email, chat, and WhatsApp, and connect with more than 15 property management and CRM platforms. Instead of replacing existing software, Uniti works alongside it, bringing all AI agents, customer interactions, and daily operations together in one easy-to-manage platform.
Real estate is one of the world's largest and most complex industries. However, many companies still rely on disconnected software, manual processes, and large teams to manage leasing, maintenance, resident communication, rent collection, payments, and customer support. Although digital systems help store and manage information, much of the day-to-day work is still done manually, making operations slower and less efficient.
"We operate hundreds of locations, and the standard we hold ourselves to doesn't change whether we're at location one or location one hundred,” said Brian Cohen, CEO of Storage King USA. "Uniti's AI agents now handle 100% of our inbound calls across all our locations. The team that used to manage that volume is now focused on the work that drives the business. The ROI has been undeniable."
"Real estate is one of the world's largest and most operationally complex industries, and it has been waiting for infrastructure built around how operators actually work,” said Mahdi Raza, General Partner at Pathlight. “Uniti has built the agentic layer that runs the full operation, not just a single workflow, across every vertical that matters. Francesco and Emre move with unusual conviction and the results their customers are seeing make that clear.”
