Accession Risk Management Group

Accession Risk Management Group, the parent company of Risk Strategies and One80 Intermediaries comprising North America’s ninth largest privately held insurance broker, has closed a $1 billion incremental debt raise and refinancing.

TickPick

Brighton Park Capital, an investment firm focused on entrepreneur-led, growth-stage companies, today announced a $250 million investment in TickPick, the modern transparent ticket marketplace transforming the event ticketing industry, to accelerate its growth and scale operations.

Pathalys Pharma

Pathalys Pharma, Inc., a private biopharmaceutical company in the late stages of developing treatments for kidney disease, has successfully closed a $105 million Series B financing round.

Miami International Holdings

Miami International Holdings, Inc. (MIH), a technology-driven leader in building and operating regulated financial markets across multiple asset classes, announced a $100 million investment from Warburg Pincus, a leading global growth investor. XII Medical, Inc., a clinical-stage medical technology company developing innovative therapies for obstructive sleep apnea, has raised $45 million Series B equity financing led by Omega Funds and joined by new investor Intuitive Ventures.

Defcon AI

VA-based DEFCON AI, an insights company that’s building a next-generation modeling, simulation, and analysis (MS&A) toolset for the modern military environment, has secured $44 million in Seed funding round led by Bessemer Venture Partners with participation from Fifth Growth Fund and Red Cell Partners, among others.

Fabric Cryptography

Silicon Valley based Fabric Cryptography Raises $33 Million Series A Funding round was co-led by Blockchain Capital and 1kx, with participation from leaders in the sector, such as Offchain Labs, Polygon, and Matter Labs.
