ArsenalBio

Arsenal Biosciences, Inc. (ArsenalBio), a clinical stage programmable cell therapy company focused on engineering advanced CAR T-cell therapies for solid tumors, announced the close of an oversubscribed $325 million Series C financing round.

eGenesis

eGenesis, a biotechnology company developing human-compatible engineered organs to address the global organ shortage, announced the close of a $191 million Series D financing.

Circle Pharma

Circle Pharma, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company dedicated to discovering and developing cell-permeable macrocycles as a new class of therapies, secures $90 million in series D round funding, which includes the conversion of a convertible note.

OrsoBio

OrsoBio, Inc., a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing treatments for obesity and obesity-associated disorders, announced the close of an oversubscribed $67 million Series B financing.

Cortex

CA-based Cortex, the Internal Developer Portal eliminating “developer tax” with paved paths to production has raised $60 million in series C funding round, led by Scale Venture Partners, with participation from World Innovation Labs, Cross Creek, Alpha Square Group, Patrick and John Collison (Stripe) IVP, Sequoia, and Y Combinator.

You.com has raised a $50M Series B led by Georgian, with participation from Salesforce Ventures, NVIDIA, SBVA (formerly Softbank Ventures Asia), DuckDuckGo, Day One Ventures, and others, bringing our total funding to $99 million. Series B Funding will enable us to continue building the most trusted AI productivity engine and expand into the enterprise.

Sonoma Biotherapeutics

Sonoma Biotherapeutics, Inc., a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing engineered regulatory T cell (Treg) therapies for autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, has received a $45 million milestone payment from Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc., under the terms of its active collaboration to discover, develop and commercialize engineered Treg therapies for autoimmune diseases.

MA-based Mantel Capture, the technology provider of a carbon capture system using molten borates, has raised $30 million in Series A funding round co-led by Shell Ventures and Eni Next.

Revefi has raised $20 million in a Series A financing. The new funds will fuel the launch of Raden — the world’s first AI data engineer. Raden uses the power of GenAI + AI to augment busy data teams and vastly improve organizations’ ROI from their data investments. The new round was led by Icon Ventures, with participation from Mayfield, GTM Capital and StepStone Group.

Sedric AI

Sedric AI, the pioneering compliance-dedicated AI platform for financial institutions, today announced it has closed a $18.5 million Series A funding round. Sedric AI used funding to further its efforts to transform compliance operations across the industry.
