JobNimbus, a software company for the roofing industry, has raised $330 million from Summer Equity Partners. The company plans to use the funds to speed up product development, invest in AI-powered features, and grow its team to meet the needs of its customers in the roofing sector.

Chaos

Chaos Industries, a tech company focused on defense and critical industry technologies, has raised $145 million in Series B funding, bringing its total funding to $215 million.

ZAP Surgical Systems

Fort Health, a virtual pediatric mental health company, has raised $5.5 million in funding, bringing its total to $16 million. The investment round was led by Twelve Below and Vanterra. Fort Health plans to use the funds to expand into Texas and Illinois through a partnership with NovaWell.
