Top 10 American Startups Funding Deals

Seaport Therapeutics

Seaport Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company that is advancing novel neuropsychiatric medicines with a proven strategy and team, today announced the closing of an oversubscribed $225 million Series B financing round.

Zip

Zip has secured $190 million Series D funding round, raising the company’s valuation to $2.2 billion. The round was led by BOND, with additional new investors DST Global, Adams Street, and Alkeon, along with Zip’s existing investors, Y Combinator and CRV.

Finix

Finix, a payment processor that helps businesses accept and send payments online and in stores, has raised $75 million in a Series C funding round.

Carbon Robotics

Carbon Robotics, a leader in AI-powered farming, announced today that it has raised $70 million in Series D financing.

Outrider

Outrider is a leader in autonomous yard operations for logistics hubs, has secured $62 million in Series D funding.

Tennr

Tennr a company that offers an automation platform for medical documents has raised $37 million in funding bringing its total funding to $61 million. This round was led by Lightspeed Ventures, with support from existing investors a16z and Foundation Capital.

Obligo

Obligo has secured $35M in new funding. The investment comes as Obligo experiences a period of rapid growth, driven by recently announced partnerships with property management software companies AppFolio, Buildium, and Yardi.

TollBit

TollBit is a marketplace for AI companies and publishers has secured $24 million in Series A funding. The company’s founders Olivia Joslin and Toshit Panigrahi, announced that Lightspeed led this round of funding.

Oncolens

OncoLens, a health tech startup focused on cancer treatment, has raised $16 million in Series A funding. The round was co-led by BIP Capital and Cross Border Impact Ventures, with additional investment from Martin Ventures and SeedToB.
