Akur8

Akur8, the machine learning-powered insurance pricing and reserving platform, announced today that it has secured $120 million in series C funding, bringing its total raised investment to $180 million.

Air Company

NYC-based AIR COMPANY, a carbon conversion technology company, has raised $69 million in Series B funding round led by Avfuel, with participation from Lowercarbon Capital, IQT (In-Q-Tel), Alaska Airlines, Connecticut Innovation’s Climate Tech Fund, Duncan Aviation, JSSI, the owners of Sheltair Aviation, Carbon Direct Capital, JetBlue Ventures, and Toyota Ventures.

Picus Security

Picus Security, the security validation company, today announced it has closed a $45 million growth investment round led by Riverwood Capital with the participation of existing investor Earlybird Digital East Fund, bringing Picus’ total funds raised to $80 million.

Wealth.com has successfully closed a $30 million Series A funding round, led by GV (Google Ventures). This milestone marks a pivotal moment in their journey to modernize and simplify estate planning, an industry that has long been burdened by outdated processes and complexity.

Cherre

NYC-based Cherre, a leading real estate data management and intelligence platform, announced it has raised a $30 million Series C round led by HighSage Ventures, a permanent capital-backed investment firm.

PictorLabs

PictorLabs, a pioneering software company transforming histopathology with AI-powered virtual staining, has secured $30 million in Series B funding round led by global software investor Insight Partners, with continued participation from M Ventures, the venture capital arm of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany, which had previously led PictorLabs’ Series A round.

TeamBridge

San Francisco, CA-based TeamBridge has raised $28 million in series B funding round led by Mayfield, with participation from existing investors General Catalyst and Abstract.

LiquidStack

LiquidStack, a global leader in liquid cooling for data centers, announced that it has secured a $20 million Series B extension investment from leading investment firm Tiger Global, bringing LiquidStack’s total Series B funding round to $35 million.

Point.me

NYC-based point.me, the points and travel reward search platform has raised $15 million in Series B round funding.
