Aria Networks Raises $125M in Funding

Aria Networks, a Palo Alto, CA-based networking company, has raised $125 million in a funding round by Sutter Hill Ventures, Atreides Management, Valor Equity Partners, and Eclipse Ventures.

The company plans to use the funds to grow its operations and speed up its development work.

Aria Networks has launched “Networks that Think,” an AI-based network designed to improve token efficiency, which is a key measure of how well AI systems perform. At the heart of this system is “Deep Networking,” a new way of managing networks to make them smarter and more efficient.

Token efficiency shows how effectively an AI system uses its computing power and cost. Better efficiency means lower costs and higher output. Even though the network is only a small part of the total system cost, it has a big impact—small improvements can quickly recover its cost and boost overall performance.

When a network performs poorly, it slows down the entire system, affecting training speed, and how data moves during AI tasks. As AI systems grow larger, and more complex, network performance becomes even more important. Aria’s approach aims to turn the network from a limitation into a strength, helping companies produce AI results faster and at lower cost.

The platform automatically fine-tunes the network without manual effort, improving routing, load balancing, congestion control, and reliability. Operators simply state what they need, and the system sets everything up accordingly. It continuously monitors performance and makes real-time adjustments to keep systems running efficiently, adapting to different workloads and issues. It also works closely with operators by providing detailed data, alerts and easy interaction through natural language, helping solve problems and improve performance. In addition, Aria’s engineers work directly with customer teams, supporting everything from setup to optimization as part of the overall solution.

These benefits give operators a strong advantage by letting them use any type of accelerator and get more value from their investments, while also scaling their systems efficiently without losing performance. Along with the launch, Gavin Baker has joined Aria’s board, bringing experience alongside other experts in networking and AI infrastructure. The company also announced new investors, including Atreides Management, Valor Equity Partners, and Eclipse Ventures, joining Sutter Hill Ventures.

At the same time, Ethernet is becoming the main choice for AI networks due to its flexibility and scalability, while technologies like liquid cooling and faster connections are rapidly growing. Aria’s platform supports these trends with high speed networking options, and flexible designs, helping companies build powerful AI systems without being tied to a single vendor.

About Aria Networks

Founded in 2025 by Mansour Karam and Subhachandra Chandra, Aria Networks is a company built for the AI era, with AI at the core of its networking approach. Based in Palo Alto, it uses its “Deep Networking” model—combining SONiC software, real-time data, intelligent agents, and continuous updates—to improve efficiency and performance: Sutter Hill Ventures, Atreides Management, Valor Equity Partners, and Eclipse Ventures back the company.
