Institutional Oversight: Agila’s involvement brings milestone-based funding, board level oversight, validated financial models and strong security aligned with institutional standards.
Use of Funds: The money will support late-stage development, including interconnection, engineering, procurement, and progress toward construction financing.
“Agila’s investment validates ArtIn’s platform and disciplined capital strategy,” said Jhon Cohen, CEO of ArtIn Energy. “This partnership speeds up deployment of large-scale renewable infrastructure while keeping strong governance and risk management.”
