Bearing Raises $4.5M In Seed Funding

The round also saw participation from High Alpha, PHX Ventures, and Lightbank.

The company plans to use the funds to expand its team and accelerate product development, enabling enterprises to use ServiceNow AI Agents to automate physical security workflows more effectively.

Bearing, a physical security software company built on ServiceNow, received new investment as enterprises increasingly adopt AI and consolidate platforms. Bearing lets companies extend ServiceNow’s Workflow Data Fabric to physical security, improving visibility, coordination, and governance within their existing system. It also integrates ServiceNow’s AI-powered workflows and agents into daily physical security operations, eliminating the need for separate tools.

Today, companies want closer integration between physical and corporate security to strengthen resilience, compliance, and business continuity. However, physical security has long been handled through separate, fragmented systems. Bearing is the first solution to bring physical security operations into ServiceNow, the AI platform trusted by over 85% of the Fortune 500 for business transformation.

“By pairing industry expertise with the AI and workflow tools of the ServiceNow AI Platform, Bearing helps enterprises achieve the visibility and control they need in today’s complex security environment.”

“Physical security has often operated outside the main enterprise system, even as its importance grows,” said Jason Veiock, founder and CEO of Bearing. “As companies bring together physical and cybersecurity operations and expand device and asset management into facilities, OT, and infrastructure, this gap becomes bigger. Bearing closes it by embedding physical security operations directly into ServiceNow with a workflow-focused, enterprise-grade solution.”

“Congratulations to Bearing on their impressive growth and the innovative solution they’ve built on ServiceNow,” said Molly Fischer, vice president of global build ISV partners at ServiceNow. “Their success shows how our partner ecosystem can extend ServiceNow into important areas like physical security. By combining industry expertise with the AI and workflow tools of the ServiceNow AI Platform, Bearing helps enterprises gain the visibility and control they need in today’s complex security environment. We’re proud to support their work and look forward to continuing our partnership.”

“Bearing is exactly the kind of company we aim to support,” said Ashok Santhanam, Managing Director at AZ-VC. “With a strong understanding of the enterprise security landscape, Bearing is well-positioned to expand ServiceNow into an important, underserved area. We’re excited to help the team establish a strong presence in Arizona as they continue to grow.”

“Since our first investment, the Bearing team has delivered strong results following a clear vision,” said Mike Langellier, partner at High Alpha. “Their progress confirms that physical security is an important, underdeveloped area in enterprises, and Bearing’s ServiceNow native approach gives the company a strong position to stand out and grow.”
