CasaPerks Technologies Raises $15.8M in Seed Funding

May 27, 2026 | By Startuprise io

CasaPerks Technologies, Inc., an Austin, TX-based provider of an AI-powered intelligent rewards platform for renting, has raised $15.8 million in a Seed funding round by Longevity Equity.

The company plans to use the funding to expand its presence in student housing and traditional multifamily markets, grow its AI-powered workplace recognition platform, and improve its consumer rewards business.

CasaPerks Technologies has built a strong presence in the student housing market, and is quickly expanding into the traditional multifamily sector. In 2025, the company achieved 10x revenue growth, completed its first acquisition by purchasing assets from credit reporting company Tackle and launched operations in Canada with a major enterprise customer.

The launch of WorksPerks earlier this year marked CasaPerks Technologies’ expansion beyond real estate and created one of the company’s biggest growth opportunities. WorksPerks provides AI-powered employee recognition tools for small and medium-sized businesses, a market much larger than the company’s real estate business.

Unlike traditional employee recognition platforms that only digitize thank-you messages, WorksPerks uses AI to help managers identify when employees need recognition, detect early signs of disengagement or turnover, and personalize rewards based on employee preferences. The platform has already gained strong early traction, and CasaPerks believes it is uniquely positioned because no other real estate-focused platform currently combines resident loyalty with workplace recognition.

At the center of its business, CasaPerks Technologies has built a fast and AI-powered rewards platform that allows operators to issue rewards and residents to redeem them in less than a minute from anywhere in the world.

The platform uses AI to personalize rewards based on resident preferences and behavior, while also giving operators real-time insights into engagement, activation, and retention trends. By combining these tools with rent and credit monitoring features added through the acquisition of Tackle, CasaPerks helps property operators improve leasing, increase resident engagement, boost retention, and grow additional revenue.

“What’s powerful about where we sit today is that the same operators who use CasaPerks to activate their residents have employees they need to activate, too,” Bradt continued. “Property management is a service business, and recognition matters. WorksPerks gives our real estate customers a single, trusted partner for both their resident experience and their workforce — and it opens the door to every small and medium business beyond real estate. There’s a real platform here, and this round lets us build it at the pace the market is asking for. And as our base grows, so does our value to the consumer brands that want to reach them — that’s where this business gets really exciting.”

“I was one of the first to back CasaPerks because I believed in Kevin and the team’s vision. Returning as a lead in this round was an easy call — that belief has only deepened. Few teams I’ve backed have built more with less,” said Steakley. “CasaPerks has quietly built one of the most activated consumer audiences in the country — residents and employees who interact with real economic value every month. This round is the inflection where CasaPerks Technologies moves from a proven B2B platform to a category-defining consumer rewards business. We’re proud to back this team again.”

“This round is a milestone, but more importantly it’s a mandate,” said Kevin J. Bradt, CEO of CasaPerks. “Our investors are backing a thesis we’ve believed from day one: that the best loyalty programs aren’t built on financial engineering or credit card gimmicks with high interest rates — they’re built on simple, intelligent, measurable value for the people you’re trying to activate. We’ve proven that thesis in student housing. Now we’re applying the same AI and infrastructure to conventional multifamily and, with WorksPerks, the workplace itself.”
