Cassidy Raises $10M in Series A Funding

Cassidy has raised $10 million in Series A funding, led by HOF Capital with participation from The General Partnership, Neo, Alumni Ventures, Quest Venture Partners and other amazing partners. This capital accelerates our mission to make powerful, context-aware AI automation a skill every team can use, without writing a line of code.

When large language models emerged, they unlocked a new kind of automation: one powered by context and reasoning, not just rigid rules. Suddenly, workflows that had always been too nuanced or complex to automate were within reach.

But the people who knew these workflows best weren’t engineers. They were sales managers, support leads, compliance officers, domain experts buried in the day-to-day. IT couldn’t possibly capture all of those unique processes, and off-the-shelf SaaS tools never would.

That’s why we built Cassidy: to put the power of AI automation & agents directly in the hands of the people who know the work. With Cassidy, non-technical teams can design, deploy, and evolve the workflows and agents that only their company does — without waiting on IT or stitching together brittle point solutions.

When the people closest to the work become the builders, automation reflects the reality of the process and adoption spreads across the company. Because it’s so frictionless, each improvement feeds the next, continuously adapting to bottlenecks and business changes, and driving exponential gains in team output.

Three years ago, I began sharing practical AI automation ideas with a growing online community. That audience has grown to more than 500,000 people, and the signal was clear from the beginning. Teams did not want AI in theory. They wanted a way to run real business processes with it.
