Coral Connect Acquires Healthcare Startup AdvisorWoRx

As part of the acquisition, Edie Gigot has joined Coral's executive leadership team as President of Infusion Services. She will lead the company's clinical operations, pharmacy management, dispensing support, and health system services.

AdvisorWoRx has spent the past six years helping infusion providers, specialty pharmacies, investors, and health systems build stronger businesses. The firm has guided due diligence, improving workflows, expanding market access, meeting accreditation and regulatory requirements, and adopting clinical technology.

With the acquisition, AdvisorWoRx's expertise will become part of Coral's services. Its team will support Coral's managed services, advisory, and health system offerings while using the company's technology platform to deliver these solutions.

As President of Infusion Services, Edie Gigot will lead Coral's health system dispensing programs, infusion center operations, pharmacy management services and clinical quality and compliance efforts. She will also oversee the integration of AdvisorWoRxs consulting expertise into Coral's technology platform. Existing AdvisorWoRx clients will continue working with the same team, ensuring a smooth transition and uninterrupted service.
