NavigateAI, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of an AI copilot service supporting field workers, has raised $25 million in a funding round led by Elad Gil.

The round also saw participation from Khosla Ventures, Lennar, Tishman Speyer, and Helix Electric, alongside angels including Zach Frankel (Ramp), Dallas Tanner (Invitation Homes), Winston Weinberg (Harvey.ai), Jesse Zhang (Decagon), Tony Xu (DoorDash), and others.

The company plans to use the funds to grow its operations and continue developing its products and services.

NavigateAI is building an AI copilot for the physical world that helps workers in the field. It provides real-time guidance, supports skill development, automates quality control, and helps teams work faster and more efficiently at a lower cost.

NavigateAI is building a field grade AI copilot for the labor market that supports how work gets built, maintained, and delivered. It acts as an AI powered expert coach for field workers, helping improve speed, reduce costs and enhance quality at the same time.

NavigateAI runs in real time on any phone with a camera, giving field workers an extra set of expert eyes. Through a partnership with Meta, it also works hands-free on Meta Glasses, allowing the AI copilot to see exactly what the worker sees. Field workers can focus on building and installing while the AI guides them, gives instructions, and checks their work.

“Eric is one of the best founders I've backed multiple times now going after one of the biggest unsolved problems in the economy,” says Elad Gil, lead investor. “AI copilots for the physical world is the kind of application that will define the next era of AI.”

“The partnership between Lennar and NavigateAI is designed to put modern technology shoulder to shoulder with our talented Trade Partners as we build the homes America needs with the high quality America expects,” says Stuart Miller, CEO of Lennar Corporation. “NavigateAI puts a quality-first AI copilot together with our workforce in the field, in order to raise the bar on quality for every family who moves into a Lennar home.”
