Rubin Rudman Adds Joshua Caswell as a Partner in Trusts & Estates Group

Rubin Rudman announced that Joshua Caswell has joined the firm as a partner in its Trusts & Estates Group.
He brings more than 13 years of experience in estate and tax planning, advising individuals, families, and businesses on wealth preservation, growth, and transfer strategies. He joined the firm from Nixon Peabody.
In addition to estate and tax planning, Joshua Caswell also advises clients on charitable planning, probate, and trust administration.
He often serves as a trustee and helps other fiduciaries manage estate and trust matters. He also has experience guiding clients in the purchase, management, and preservation of family “heirloom” real estate.

Joshua Caswell serves as co-chair of the Estate Planning Committee of the Trusts & Estates Section of the Boston Bar Association. He is also a member of the American Bar Association’s Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section and the Rhode Island Bar Association Committee on Probate and Trusts.
He has been recognized three times as a Massachusetts Super Lawyers Rising Star in New England. He was also an ABA Fellow (2020–2022) and participated in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel’s Dennis I. Belcher ACTEC Young Leaders Program (2022–2024).
