Court Square Capital Partners has acquired a majority stake in CallTower, a global provider of cloud-based communication and collaboration solutions based in South Jordan, Utah.
Court Square is buying the company from BV Investment Partners, which had taken a majority stake in 2023.
CallTower uses technologies like Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, and Zoom, along with AI-powered tools, to provide reliable and easy communication solutions for businesses worldwide, including features like failover support, analytics, CRM integration, and AI capabilities to improve collaboration; the company supports over 5,000 mid-sized and large customers across more than 80 countries.

As companies adopt hybrid and remote work, demand for advanced communication platforms is growing. Court Square sees CallTower as a strong provider that delivers great value, and together they plan to capitalise on the shift from old phone systems, growing the business through both internal expansion and new acquisitions.
