NYC-based FeedbackNow, the world leader in operational analytics for physical spaces, announced Series A funding round led by Motivate VC, Uncorrelated Ventures, and AI Growth Capital Partners.

The group purchased the company out of Forrester, the previous owner, as part of the round. Steve Peltzman, a former Forrester executive, will serve as the company’s CEO.

Apart from the fresh funding, the business is also launching its new platform. This digital platform can receive data from hundreds of sensors that monitor traffic and data in real time through physical venues such as stadiums, airports, hospitals, and convenience stores. The new platform from FeedbackNow lets businesses optimise labour costs, customer experience, and income by standardising the data and creating dashboards that correlate activities with customer happiness and spend. The software helps businesses understand and maximise everything that occurs in their environments by offering alerts, analytics, and best-action recommendations.
