Feltsense, a San Francisco, CA-based AI agent services company, has raised $5.1 million in a Seed funding round led by Draper Associates.
The round also saw participation from Precursor Ventures, Liquid2 Ventures, Matt Schlicht (creator of Moltbook), Jager McConnell (founder of Crunchbase), and Peter Green (founder of Republic).

The company plans to use the funds to grow its operations and improve product development.
Feltsense’s AI founders will independently find market opportunities, build products, and attract customers. Some will work on assigned ideas, while others will discover new opportunities on their own. Feltsense will own the companies created, but the AI founders can raise outside funding by offering equity stakes.
“Hazan said he believes Feltsense could become more valuable than Y Combinator in creating new startups.”
“Marik Hazan, CEO of Feltsense, said that as no-code tools and automation continue to grow, AI-driven founders are a natural next step. He added that with tools like Moltbook and AI agents working together to build companies, this shift is unavoidable, and Feltsense is helping speed it up.”
The company plans to grow quickly and eventually launch tens of thousands of AI founders to pursue niche and specialised business opportunities that human founders often cannot address.
