The company plans to use the funds to accelerate product development, expand go-to-market efforts, and increase adoption of its AI Planning OS for enterprise software, AI, and business transformation.
Force Equals is a platform that helps organizations plan complex software, AI, and business transformation projects. Its AI Planning Operating System prioritizes initiatives for impact, coordinates stakeholders and requirements, manages AI-driven workflows, and smoothly hands off to downstream execution systems.
Built as a coordinated multi-agent platform, Force Equals helps enterprises and their project teams move from managing tasks to orchestrating AI agent workflows throughout the planning process.
Force Equals tackles this challenge with a multi-agent AI platform that turns ideas into ready-to-execute plans. It automatically maps and collaborates with stakeholders, drives alignment, gathers key context, creates functional, technical, and operational requirements, identifies risks and dependencies, manages approvals and sign-offs, and produces delivery-ready materials for smooth handoff to development, project management, and procurement teams.
Enterprise organizations are seeing a surge in software and AI projects, along with business transformation, driven by generative AI, and fast development tools. Yet planning is still fragmented, manual, and disconnected from execution.
Force Equals helps enterprise teams answer the key questions that determine a project’s
success: what to prioritize, why it matters, whether the problem is fully understood, and if the organization is ready to act—ensuring initiatives start with clarity and confidence. The platform works across a portfolio of projects, enabling organizations to evaluate, prioritize, and align transformation efforts at scale.
As development speeds up, planning and alignment haven’t kept up. Without coordinated stakeholder and requirement management, enterprises risk bloated initiatives, chaotic execution, and more failed transformation projects.
“Force Equals is creating the core infrastructure for enterprise planning in the AI era,” said Paul Weber, General Partner at Cultivation Capital. “As organizations face growing complexity, their planning approach needs to evolve. We’re excited to support the Force Equals team as they grow this emerging category.”
“Enterprise planning is now the main bottleneck in transformation,” Marc Chabot said , Co-Founder, and CEO of Force Equals. “Our platform turns months of planning into minutes, aligns stakeholders automatically and gives organizations confidence before execution starts.”
Since its launch, Force Equals has gained traction with enterprise PMOs, IT leaders, and transformation teams looking for faster, more aligned planning for complex initiatives. The platform helps teams move from managing tasks to orchestrating AI agent workflows—a shift it enables for customers and demonstrates through its own multi-agent architecture.
