Leading AI contract review company DocJuris has raised Series A investment round, raising $8 million in fresh money to increase the total amount received to date to $11.2 million. The most active venture capital firm in Texas, Silverton Partners, led the round. Watertower Ventures, Surface Ventures, and Seed Round Capital were among the earlier investors.

By streamlining legal operations for Fortune 500 companies like Siemens, Dell, and FedEx, DocJuris continues to revolutionize how contracts are reviewed, negotiated, and finalized—ensuring faster, more accurate, and compliant outcomes for enterprise teams and general counsels.
