Galbot Raises Over $300M in Funding

Galbot, a Beijing, China-based developer of embodied AI and general-purpose humanoid robots, raised over $300m in funding.

The round attracted investors from China, Singapore, and the Middle East, bringing Galbot’s valuation to $3 billion.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate technology development, scale its robotic deployments, and expand its global reach.

Galbot develops the Galbot G1 and embodied foundation models to enable autonomous operations across manufacturing, logistics, and healthcare. The company has achieved full-stack in-house development, integrating high-quality datasets on a scale of hundreds of billions with proprietary embodied foundation models and custom robotic hardware. Their flagship robot features world-first innovations in whole-body motion control, multi-task generalization, and cross-embodiment autonomous navigation. The G1 is equipped with advanced dexterous hands, allowing it to perform complex, fine-motor tasks previously impossible for general-purpose robots.
